    3 Use of any offensive/abusive/unparliamentary language is an offence punishable with imprisonment of upto 1 year and fine Rs10,000 or both.

    4. I have noticed a 'Mr Annonymous' has been posting offensive remarks on your blog since the past few days.

    5.You are kindly requested to file a written complaint with your local cyber crime centre for immediate legal action against the offender.The offenders IP address can be traced in no time and legal action intiated.

      One sad story my friend suicide with ceiling fan and saree today saw his wife morning 7:00 am or 7:30 am He is coming from 5days my wife went village to my city Last night he tell me I misbehave with comments lucky blog he following lucky and Indian horseracing blogs his every thing gone with horserace betting He has no Jio sim he used my mobile for horse racing videos excetra and misbehaved I don't know my sim cards on my name with aadhar card I not a offender so please excuse me and him so please with draw your complaint police come to my address so my family coming into road offender died he used my mobile I don't know sir please save me sir really I don't know sir think once sir I checked past comments they are deleted he commented and deleted same day please think once and Dave my family sir anyone don't try with own identification he cheated me and died he gone leaved problem given me I have 1small child my state and language different your state and language is different please think once and excuse me sir with regards
